Please note that all of our event tickets are non-refundable. Drive-in Shows and other events are heavily weather dependent. All ticket holders will be given vouchers for a future event. Please note that tickets CANNOT be resold. If you license or ID does not match the submission on our website, it will be voided.

TICKET DISCLAIMERS

 One ticket per purchase. Once those tickets sell out there will be NO other tickets available. 1 ticket per car. No outside food or drink. If you are seen with outside food or beverage, you WILL be asked to leave and your ticket will be refunded. Resale tickets will be void. The tickets are non-refundable. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be postponed to a later date. Void where prohibited. Please note: all tickets include marketing/service/ticketing fee. The Ticket Holder, on behalf of himself or herself and on behalf of any minor accompanying Ticket Holder to the event: (a) voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including, without limitation, the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury; (b) waives, releases, and discharges the Bel Aire Diner and its agents, employees, and contractors from any and all negligence and liability for Ticket Holder’s death, disability, personal injury, property damages, property theft or claims of any nature which may accrue to Ticket Holder as a direct or indirect result of Ticket Holder’s participation in the above-referenced event; and (c) agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Bel Aire Diner, its agents, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, and liabilities of any nature including all costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees, which in any manner result from Ticket Holder’s attendance and/or actions during this event.  No unauthorized recording of event where prohibited.”

 NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
 When you enter a 'Bel Aire Presents' (BAP) event or production, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or any other purpose by BAP and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar BAP events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of BAP. You release BAP, its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by BAP or the person or entity designated to do so by BAP. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
