🧾 Bel Aire Catering Return & Exchange Policy

At Bel Aire Catering, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every dish and event order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Because our catering products are made fresh to order and perishable, most sales are final. However, we gladly address any issues with defective or incorrect items as outlined below.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.
If you believe your order arrived defective, incomplete, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at belairediner@gmail.com or call (718) 721-3160.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo of the product.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Returns cannot be accepted for reasons related to taste preference or unused portions.
🔄 Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for defective or incorrect catering items.
If the wrong item was delivered or an order was damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours and we will promptly replace the product with the correct or equivalent item.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because of food-safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Prepared or partially consumed food items

Perishable goods held beyond 24 hours after delivery or pickup

Custom or special-order menu items made specifically for your event
💳 Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
