Use sous vide techniques at home to bring out new depths and nuances of flavor in your cocktails! Guided by Eamon Rockey — Founder of Rockey’s Milk Punch. He’ll teach you all about how rapid and extended infusions can be both fun and delicious! First we’ll model rapid-infused bases, including crème de cacao; rapid-infused botanicals; and spiced and spicy syrups. We’ll then use these as a starting point for mixing up an assortment of remarkable and unique cocktails to make at home! Followed by a Q&A with the Instructor!
